Buying a "No Ads" package removes forced pop-up advertisements during gameplay, but optional bonus reward ads remain available so you can continue earning optional multipliers and extra rewards.
Forced Ads vs. Rewarded Ads
Forced Interstitial Ads (REMOVED): Pop-up ads that appear automatically between battles or menus are completely disabled once a "No Ads" pack is activated.
Optional Rewarded Ads (RETAINED): Opt-in ad buttons that offer bonus multipliers (e.g., 2x or 4x post-battle rewards), extra card upgrades, free energy refills, or speed-ups remain active. These ads are strictly optional and will never play unless you manually tap the reward button.
Troubleshooting: Forced Ads Are Still Appearing
If you are still seeing unprompted pop-up ads after purchasing an ad-removal pack, follow these steps to restore your purchase:
Restore Purchases: Go to Settings (Gear icon) in Mob Control, select Account, and tap Restore Purchases.
Restart the App: Force-close Mob Control, wait 20 seconds, and relaunch while connected to a stable internet connection to re-sync your account state.
Verify Transaction Status: Open your Apple App Store or Google Play Store purchase history to confirm the payment shows as completed rather than pending or declined.
How to Escalate Persistent Ads
If forced ads continue appearing after restoring purchases, submit a support ticket via Settings > Help & Support under Ad Issues with:
Your Player ID (found at the bottom of the Settings menu).
A copy or screenshot of your store receipt showing the completed "No Ads" purchase.
The approximate date and time when the unprompted ad appeared.
