Why do I need internet connection to play?

Ads support the development of Mob Control

Mob Control is a free to play game that is supported by revenue from different sources:

• In-app purchases like the Season Pass, the VIP/ELITE memberships, coins or Skip'Its.
• Opt-in videos that give extra bonuses in exchange for watching a 30 second video.
• Obligatory ads and banners that may appear every time you play a battle.

For players who don't make any in-app purchases, advertisements are our only source of revenue. For these players we require a working internet connection to play: Ads don't work if you are offline.

Any in-app purchase enables offline play

Following the same logic, this requirement will be removed for any players who choose to support us via in-app purchases. At the same time, we will stop showing obligatory ads and banners for these players.

If you want to play offline, simply head to the shop and make any purchase. We recommend the VIP or ELITE memberships, because they give daily Skip'Its, which are very useful when playing without an internet connection: You can obtain the bonus rewards without watching the 30-second ads.
