If you encountered a billing issue, please review the specific scenario below to ensure your request is routed to the correct support channel for the fastest resolution.
Scenario A: "I purchased an item but did not receive it in the game." Before requesting a refund, please follow the steps in Purchased items missing or payment failed to force-sync your purchase with our servers. If the item still fails to appear, submit a ticket in-game via Settings > Help & Support and attach your official Apple/Google receipt.
Scenario B: "I was charged twice for the same item." If you accidentally tapped the purchase button twice, or a network lag caused a double transaction, our Support team can verify and rectify this. Please submit an in-game ticket via Settings > Help & Support with:
The date of purchase.
The exact name of the item purchased.
Screenshots of both receipts showing the duplicate transaction IDs.
Scenario C: "I want a refund for my purchase." As the developer, we do not directly process payments, store credit card data, or have authorization to issue cash refunds. All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their terms of service.
How to request a refund on iOS (Apple):
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." Choose the reason and select the Mob Control transaction.
How to request a refund on Android (Google Play):
Go to your Google Play Account Order History.
Find the Mob Control order.
Select "Report a problem" and follow the on-screen prompts to request the refund. (Note: Google Play refund requests are generally only accepted within 48 hours of purchase).
