Subscriptions (VIP/ELITE) are linked to the Apple/Google Accounts used to make the purchase via the App Store or Google Play Store, not the player ID associated with your account.
- I changed my device and no longer have my Subscription (VIP/ELITE)
If you change your device and login to App Store or Google Play Store using the same account used to purchase the Subscription, you will continue to have access to it.
This is only supported if you're switching to another device of the same operating system (Android to Android OR iOS to iOS). - I lost my progress but I still have my Subscription (VIP/ELITE)
Since ELITE/VIP subscriptions are linked to the Apple/Google Accounts used to make the purchase via the App Store or Google Play Store, you will continue to have access to the Subscription as long as you are signed in using the same account used to make the purchase.
Game Progress is saved to our server only if you sign in using Apple/Google within the Settings menu in the app.
