Incident Resolved: Hotfix (2.59.3) has been released for Android and iOS, please make sure to update your game and the discount will be applied if you are an ELITE or VIP Player.
We are aware of the Season Pass discount not being applied for our ELITE and VIP Players, we are working on a fix to address this at the earliest (this week).
This problem only affects players who subscribed to ELITE or VIP and are trying to purchase the Season Pass at a discounted rate.
What happened?
- We recently rolled out Subscriptions (ELITE and VIP) for all our players in version 2.59.2. One of the benefits of the Subscription (ELITE and VIP) is a discounted price for Season Pass.
- Despite our multiple layers of testing, we released an update with an error that isn't applying the discount on the Season Pass for our ELITE and VIP Players.
- The fix has been released for Android and iOS, please update to the latest version of the game, 2.59.3
What are the next steps? (only for ELITE and VIP Players)
- If you purchased the Season Pass without the discount, please reach out to our support team and leave a ticket, make sure to include your Player ID (can be copied from the settings menu) we will help you.
- If you want to purchase the Season Pass and the discount is not applied, please update your game to the latest version 2.59.3 and the discount will be applied for ELITE and VIP players.
