We highly recommend linking your game account to your device's native cloud profile. Linking prevents permanent progress loss if you delete the app, upgrade to a new phone, or experience unexpected device crashes.
How to link your account on Android
Ensure the Google Play Games app is installed and signed into your primary Google email.
Open Mob Control and tap the Settings (Gear icon) in the top right corner.
Select Account.
Tap Sign in with Google Play Games. The button will turn green and say "Connected" once successfully linked.
How to link your account on iOS (iPhone / iPad)
Ensure you are signed into Apple ID / Game Center in your iOS device Settings.
Open Mob Control and tap the Settings (Gear icon) in the top right corner.
Select Account.
Tap Sign in with Apple. The button will say "Connected" once successfully linked.
Cross-Platform Syncing Limitations Please note that cloud saving only works within the same ecosystem (Android-to-Android or iOS-to-iOS). You cannot seamlessly jump back and forth between an iPhone and an Android tablet using the standard login button.
