If you completed a seasonal event, Adventure Mode stage (such as Mobzilla or Stack Troopers), or special challenge but did not receive your promised blueprints, event tickets, chest rewards, or card packs, follow the resolution steps below.
Step 1: Verify Reward Claiming & Server Sync
Reward claims require a stable connection to sync with game servers. Network flickers during completion screens can delay reward delivery.
Check the Inbox / Event Menu: Some event rewards (like Giga Chicken tickets or Piñata Party blueprints) do not deposit directly into inventory upon battle end; they deliver to your in-game Inbox or require tapping Claim on the event tracker screen.
Force Close & Relaunch: Fully close Mob Control from your recent apps list, wait 30 seconds, and relaunch the game on a stable Wi-Fi network to trigger an account state refresh.
Check Milestone / Level Caps: Certain Adventure Mode stages cap token or chest drops once daily or event-wide limits are reached. Verify on the event rules panel if maximum milestone caps apply.
Step 2: Common Seasonal & Event Reward Types
Blueprints & Cards: Added directly to your total card counts in the Cards tab. Note that new blueprints do not always show a "New" badge if you already hold that card type.
Adventure Token Chests: Automatically open upon claim. Check your currency counters (coins, skill blocks, stars) to confirm if rewards were added silently without the chest opening animation playing.
Event Pass Tickets: Applied directly to the corresponding active event bar.
Step 3: How to Submit a Missing Reward Escalation
If your reward remains uncredited after force-relaunching, submit a ticket directly to Support via Settings > Help & Support under Missing Rewards.
To speed up verification and manual grant of missing items, provide:
Player ID: Located at the bottom of the main Settings menu.
Event & Task Name: E.g., "Mobzilla Adventure Mode Final Stage," "Stack Troopers Blueprint Milestone," or "Giga Chicken Event Pass."
Missing Items: Exact missing quantities (e.g., "200 Blueprint Cards" or "5 Event Tickets").
Proof of Completion: A screenshot showing the completed task screen, event progress bar, or victory screen.
