How can I cancel my VIP or ELITE membership?

You can permanently or temporarily cancel your VIP and ELITE memberships very easily. There are different methods:

Cancelling from the game:

1. Open the game and navigate to the home screen
2. Open the settings using the gear icon in the corner of the screen
3. Tap on the membership banner at the top of the menu
4. Scroll down and tap "Manage subscriptions": This will open your device's subscriptions menu.
5. Select Mob Control and tap "Cancel subscription".

Cancelling from your device's settings:

• For Android, use Google's instructions.
