How to Upgrade from VIP to ELITE
You can upgrade your subscription tier at any time directly through your device's app store.
iOS (Apple App Store): Open iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Mob Control, select ELITE Membership, and confirm. Apple will automatically prorate the remaining balance from your VIP plan.
Android (Google Play Store): Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Mob Control, and select Change Plan to switch to ELITE.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Canceling a subscription must be done through your Apple or Google account settings, as subscriptions are managed directly by store payment systems.
Cancel on iOS: Go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Mob Control, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android: Go to Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Mob Control, and tap Cancel Subscription.
(Note: Canceling stops future auto-renewals. You retain all VIP/ELITE benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle).
Device Transfers & Linked Accounts
Subscriptions are bound to the underlying Apple ID or Google Play Account used during purchase.
Same OS Transfer: Subscriptions automatically carry over when switching between devices on the same platform (e.g., iPhone to iPad or Android phone to Android tablet) as long as you log into the same store account and tap Restore Purchases.
Cross-Platform Transfers (iOS <-> Android): App store policies prevent active recurring subscriptions from migrating across different operating systems. You must cancel the subscription on your old platform and resubscribe on your new device.
